Vinyasa yoga, breath linked to movement, open-air, under the trees. Breathe and stretch under the trees in a chill Sunday morning vibe. All-levels welcome. Modifications suggested where needed. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga blocks & yoga strap (if you have them), towel, and water. Suggested donation is $10/per person.
