Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. In this class, we will relax into the postures and hold 1-10 minutes. This is in contrast a Yang yoga practice, such as Vinyasa, which targets the muscles. This class is suited for all levels.
